The Level 2 Award in Working at Height is designed to develop learners’ understanding of the hazards and safety requirements associated with working at height. The course focuses on preventing falls and reducing the risks associated with elevated work through effective planning, risk assessment, appropriate control measures, and safe working practices.
Participants will gain knowledge of access equipment, ladders, scaffolds, work platforms, fall protection systems, PPE, inspection requirements, rescue planning, and emergency response. The course is relevant to workplaces where personnel may work on roofs, platforms, scaffolds, structures, elevated work areas, or other locations where a fall risk exists.
